Has your Company thought about what you’re doing for 2009?

Riverstone Estate Winery and Restaurant in partnership with Schöffered Tours has put their heads together and come up with a deal that will solve all your issues.

Here’s what’s you get::

You and your staff will be picked up and chauffeured out to the Yarra valley to enjoy over the next three hours, a scrumptious three course Gourmet meal while being served beer, wine and soft drinks.  When you are totally satisfied everyone will be transported back to your nominated 3 pick-up points to get you home safely, all rolled up into one inclusive package.  Sounds interesting doesn’t it, no stress, no driving, get home safely, just enjoyment.  Please read on.

So, what are your choices?

1. 1. A three course Gourmet BBQ meal consisting of: -

ENTRÉE         Choice or Combination of:      Cheese Platter; Antipasto Platter;

MAIN             Choice of: Porterhouse Steak;  Venison Steak;  Kangaroo Prime Steak;  Chili Buffalo Sausages;                            Barramundi;    Prawns;   Calamari.

VEGETARIAN ENTRÉE                                 Cheese Platter

VEGETARIAN MAIN    Choice of:                    Vegetarian Sausages; Vegetarian Burgers

All meals served with Country-style Potatoes and Onions and a selection of Salads

DESSERT      Choice of any three of the following:  Cheesecake – Lemon or Cherry;  Mudcake;  Christmas Pudding;  Orange  Flourless Cake;  Lemon Meringue Cake;  Cherry Ripe Cake;  Violet Crumble Cake;  Mars Bar Cake;  Death by Chocolate

1. 2. Your Beverage package consisting of: -

Beer, wine and soft drinks served for three hours by our waiting staff or picked up at our bar.  We also make mixed spirits available at our bar for the discounted price of $5.00 per drink.  If your party decides to stay on longer than your three hours, drinks are provided at bar prices on your tab or individual payment as arranged at booking.  Maximum stay is three hours as our bus drivers need to get home too.

1. 3. Transport consisting of: -

Your choice of up to three pick-up points as negotiated with us during the booking process, utilizing the vehicle most suited to your group size.  Your staff and guests will be delivered back to these points to complete your staff Christmas festivities.  We suggest that someone meets your staff and guests at one of these points to ensure that they arrive home safely.  After all responsibility starts at home!

So, how much will you have to pay for all of the above?  Well that, of course that will depend on the number of people for whom you book.  The rates are: -

Three course meal:  $45.00 per person

Beverage Package:  $40.00 per person

Transport:      Balance per person of above sliding rates dependent on vehicle required.

Should you be able to organize transport at better rates, you can book without that component.

Should you wish to have your employees cover the cost of their own beverage costs, you can book without that component.  These prices are based on costs of professional drivers and coach company rates and allow for waiting time for drivers and coaches.

With less than 4 months to go, bookings are coming in fast and furious, so the quicker you take action, the better chance you have of being able to pick the day that best suits your company and reserve the coaches and drivers that will be required.
